Large surface can hold up to twelve 7" cakes at a time. All stainless construction. AGA approved thermostat. High limit safety. Shown with optional heat shield, drain grate, 7.5" mold, pitchers, and tongs. Dimensions are 46.5" x 28" x 36". Capacity is 12 to 15 gallons. Propane or natural gas.
